Basil finished his post graduate studies from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a professional member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Managers (ACIPM), Chartered Economist (ACE) and an Associate Member of Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM).

Basil has over 20years core Outsourcing and Business/Corporate Support Services Management experience. He worked with Servtrust Limited as Head of Outsourcing and Support Services managing over 4500 personnel. He played a major role in recruiting and managing about 3500 Outsourced staff of United Bank for Africa Plc. (UBA) between 2001 and 2006, before joining ICL group.

He flagged-off mainstream Outsourcing in ICL to an enviable height in the capacity of a General Manager, before finally deciding to steer the ship which anchored his amazing Vision in Outsourcing/Support Services.

Basil Adimorah is a Trustee and an Executive member of Human Capital Providers Association of Nigeria (HuCaPAN), an umbrella body responsible for the conduct of all licensed recruiters in Nigeria. This Association was midwife by Federal Ministry of Labour & Productivity and Nigerian Employers Consultative Association (NECA)
